This arrived quickly and took a couple of seconds to put together. It is heavy-weight and feels sturdy. We went hunting for weeds in the yard, which were not hard to find! This works amazingly on weeds like dandelion and crabgrass, less so on smaller weeds like clover or purslane. I speared the weed with the claw open, then pulled the handle down at an angle so the ground closed the claw created leverage, and pulled the whole thing out! It did leave a small quarter-sized hole in the lawn after removing the weed. After several tries, it’s getting hard to find weeds to practice on. It is much easier when your grass is a little shorter and your lawn is freshly watered.
